This was a lot of fun to do. Though the water kinda of fails, I tried to make up for it with lots of bubbles lololol//fail

The tail is really pretty, and I like the circle. It's a nice change of frame.
The colors are pleasant, too. And the hair seems more detailed than usual which I like.
The upper body looks too thin, though, as if he was missing a rib cage, and the bubbles are kind of all over the place.
Other than that, it's looks good.
